I, Agnes Merryweather, of the Nebula Coven, whilst visiting my ghostly friend Lady Grey, whose favourite haunt is Prudhoe Castle, lost my pesky puss.

We flew through the Dragon’s breath belching forth from the factory, and battled with a big, bold, belligerent badger. Finally, we alighted at the fog-wreathed ruins of the castle. I was just settling down to tea and scones, when I realised my tiny Toil was missing…

…I suspect he went to chase the Faraway Fairies who live in the tree with a lovely woodland view of the castle. Knowing my frisky feline, he will have tried to sneak in the back door to the fairy tree, and inevitably been chased 3-4 foot up by a passing pooch!

Please can you help me rescue my feline familiar?

Search for the fairy tree at the start of the footpath to the whispering, West Wylam, woods, next to Prudhoe castle. You need to be sneaky, if the fairies spot you coming they may hide their doors and windows. Toil will be tucked away at the back of the tree.

Located in a publicly accessible area, there is no need to enter the grounds of the castle.

Just-Us-Two Player local_offer9	check_circle 3 years 6 months ago So we saw a notification for this and couldn’t get away for it but made a plan to go after work today if it was still available. Checked again today and still showing as unfound so we bundled the dogs in the car and headed up country for a trip. Pulled up at gz and found the errant cat (ably assisted by two willing hounds) Bingo!!!! Many thanks to the hider - it’s not often any are placed in the NE 😄😄😄
